Mine are not that interesting either but they are "artists" and some are gay which they think automatically makes them the most interesting people on the planet and superior as well. I am into the digital stuff too. Always was but never had any money. Now I have a little and the options out there are so fantastic, affordable etc in both hardware and software. It's a little hard to balance for me though. Do I practice guitar today, maybe piano, or do I go down a rabbit hole of sound design today? Not a bad problem to have exactly but often conflicts of time. As an example, I am the proud owner of SugarBytes Drum, Pigments, Vital, Phaseplant to name a few. I bought them all this year and hardly touched them lol. Two year ago I bought a Minibrute 2S and had to make space for it so I rearranged my rig which included patching in my strat. I messed around a little on guitar and next thing I know I was waaaaay into it and never touched the 2S for 2 freakin' years outside of power it up and making sure it worked out of the box. First world problems I know lol.
