Some 100 years ago, black people did it. It led to the "Tulsa race riot" in 1921, also known as the "Tulsa race massacre", the "Greenwood massacre" or the "Black Wall Street massacre".
The attack, carried out on the ground and from private aircraft, destroyed more than 35 square blocks of the district—at that time the wealthiest black community in the United States, known as "Black Wall Street."
Estimates of deaths are disputed and range from 26 black / 10 white to 200 black / 50 white. Some 183+ serious injuries.
