Watching Biden approach the podium and greet Kerry makes it evident that he isn't all there. That is a man at the end of his life whose faculties have abandoned him.

He was never a paragon of virtue. To be honest, he has always been a lying sack of shit just like most of the denizens of federal office. But, putting him up on stage like that is abuse.

Yeah, abuse of the country for having to deal with the treasonous policies he is parroting. But he is being abused by his handlers just putting him up there.

Don't get me wrong, given how many people he has abused I'm not terribly bothered by his treatment. I'm only pointing it out as an observation...that's all.
