That's not exactly true about bitcoin, or bitcoin wouldn't be able to pay their miners, the way it works is the miners are paid to a mathematical limit, which reduces overtime, but never runs out. They get one bitcoin, and then a fraction of a coin, and then a fraction of the fraction, etc.
Are you actually trying to invest or are you looking to double your money in a day or 2?
All those are horrible choices long term. That's why they are being shorted.
Dogecoins are produced in infinite quantity (5 billion a year), so they have no value compared to other coins. Once all bitcoins are mined, that's it.
