I mean, would we have representatives who would actually serve our interest and outright call it for what it truly is: unconstitutional? I swear way less people would stand for the shit, and we'd have actual elected officials who would stand with us. What happened?

no. They didn't even obey for spanish flu, which was 100x more deadly. We are weak.
Now we know why communists have tried to "feminize" society and drive us into complacency with random shit, media, benefits, etc etc etc.
