Listen pedes, the mass burning of GME short sellers is an amazing thing and I love seeing us jump on the bandwagon to destroy this hedge fund, but don’t get carried away. In my experience, as soon as everyone is “onto it” like with GME, it’s pretty much over. Don’t get greedy stuck holding the bag, especially if you are new to trading and if it’s money you can’t afford to lose. Take those 10%, 20% gains and run. Take it from this evil fuck, Baron Rothschild:

“The time to buy is when there is blood in the streets.”

In other words, buy at times of maximum pessimism(dips, downgrades, company scandals), and sell during times of maximum optimism (peaks, RSI above 80,etc.)

GME is at a point of maximum optimism with autists believing it will break 1k or more. The main move on the stock has been made. The ones who made money bought in when it was $15/share a couple months ago. Wall Street will not let this stock explode much higher and let a hedge fund get obliterated, so a bunch of autist redditors get rich. I may be wrong, this situation may be different, so this is not advice, just a word of caution.

I bought some shares yesterday at $227 and sold today at $310. I may be a cuck for selling, but a 50% return is damn good. You do not want to be in a position where you buy high, and get stuck watching as it falls sub $100.

If you can afford to lose it, let it ride, but just know that something like 99% of traders fail their first year. Beginners luck leads to over confidence and retarded greed.

That being said, really experienced traders (or complete retards) will have diamond hands and hold and hold and know when to sell, but be super careful if you are following one of them, because they may not indicate to you when they sell.

Take them profits, don’t get greedy!

No

The point of GME is to provoke a short squeeze and watch the price shoot to the moon.

Wait for it.

Then sell.

I’m just saying that the main squeeze has likely occurred and the chances that it will keep squeezing is remote. If it does, I will happily eat crow.
