This is like masochism at this point. Trump had all means to fuck them up for what they did to him. And he did nothing. You say he didn't have enough support to do it? Well, maybe removing the whole top of the alphabet agencies, vetting, and promoting some based middle management types to the top would do the trick? It wasn't even attempted.
