A "broker" lends out 50 million shares of penny stock mostly held by mom and pop, knowing the "Harvard/Warton Players" are going to dump the stock on the market to scare mom and pop into them into selling - there by crashing the value of the cost per share to $2.

They swoop in and buy back the 50 million shares for $2 a share, which they return to the "broker" and pocket $8 per share.

This "broker" has lost $8 a share on 50 million shares and never utter a word about it? Does this broker even exist?

I have read that that was all they were after, stealing $8 a share out of mom and pop's pocket so they could short the good stuff. But what if they wanted more, what if they were planning on doing a Romney? Cheat the mom and pop out of their shares of Toys-r-us. Take over the now vastly devalued company, use anything it has of value to buy your debt (you certainly don't want to pay what you owe) and then have the company file for bankruptcy - there by robbing mom and pop a second time.

Just another way to make you profits private and your debts public.
