People bitching about this live in terribly run towns/counties. I live in cesspool Illinois and have never been bothered with wearing a mask. I don't shop big retail but even the few times I have gone I get no hassle. In fact, the only place I have worn a mask in my county is at work. Which is at a innovation center attached to a hospital and we pretty much only wear them around groups of learners. So that is a given. Find a good town that resides within an even better county, even in blue states, and you will not notice the absurdities going on elsewhere.
