Exactly. I'm curious about what the penalties are if you are found not to have registered. Really just out of curiosity because I don't think Biden can tell if I have one or not. If he signs an EO altering laws then he may be able to find out. But if not there is no way anyone will know. Even if the police come into my house because I had a heart attack or something they will not see anything since my state requires guns be secure and mine are. Yeah, yeah I know they don't do any good locked up but in my situation it's fine and it's really just to cover my ass in a cucked out blue state. My state knows I have done all the paper work, taken the classes, and paid all the taxes to purchase an AR but I just don't think under current laws that they can prove I actually did.
The only way they can tell you have one is if you register it, which is why they're trying to pass this unconstitutional law. If you decide not to register it then you have to be careful where you go shooting. If you go to a gun range and there's ATF agents asking for registration you could get fucked. If you do register it then you're even more fucked because make no mistake, the ONLY purpose for registration is for confiscation later down the road
They won't come for mine because I can't register something I've "lost". If they come anyway, good luck to them finding anything. They'll need a time traveling machine to track where they went
