Facial recognition has been here for awhile. I had the pleasure to have a company demo their software for me. It is beyond cool to see it in action as it is some high tech stuff. It is also dystopian beyond belief. I haven't even seen movies pretend to do what this new generation of software can do.
Yet they are not accurate, go read some of the trade journals, they are being rejected by a lot of agencies, companies because they have so many false reads

They're rejected because they have much higher false matches for blacks and asians, and that's racist.
