To which my friend then asked the doctor, "if that is the case, I will have my lawyer draw up a statement of liability and if you will accept the legal responsibility of any adverse reactions, I will let you give her the vaccine." The doctor said "I wont do that" and just exited the room. That pediatrician never bothered him about a shot again.
