Look up "Latrogenic." (Use an upper case L). You'll mostly get results for "iatrogenic." But even the results with "Latrogenic" in the title are really about "iatrogenic." If you can't see how a letter which in sans serif can be interpreted as either a lower case "L" or an upper case "i" could account for iatrogenic being read as latrogenic, well whatever. The fact that the word latrogenic doesn't exist does not prevent the mistake.
