I saw that when they were taking away the children - prior to - on the second floor - I saw someone walking back and forth and back and forth - but when I saw another video - the guy was NOT walking back and forth like he was patrolling - but I saw people going down the steps - but I honestly thought this was a parking structure when I saw it late at night when the children were walking out of the White House from the front door - what is it??????????????/
