All of these Big Food conglomerates own lots of different brands, sometimes even ones that are in direct fake competition with each other. =/

In 1984, not kidding, one of these huge food conglomerates made a series of commercials showing multiple brands instead of one. It really creeped people out, realizing everything they ate came from one company. It was such an epic PR failure the company eventually changed its name. No one is making that mistake again.
