Make sure that you "Scar the Barrels" (Retire) all guns that you are forced to turn over or that you are looking to dispose of. Doing so will ensure that no bullet passes through said barrel unobstructed and will very likely cause injury or death to any unauthorized user/shooter. And it's nearly impossible to tell a "retired" barrel.
