They are 'post-nationalists'. There's no history, religion or culture in their lives to cushion them from the moral and ethical relativism in which they're steeped. There is no good and evil for these sharks; there is only power. Thus, they get a cold-eyed, hard-used, deeply un-American 'foreign look' about them. Soviet apparatchiks also had that same frigid repellency to them.

That same look is common among many high level business psychopaths too, basically it has to do with extreme levels of narcissism I think
Yeah they're like sociopaths.
Will do whatever it takes including lying and destroying other people's lives (or in this case a whole country) if it means more money and power for them.

A hilarious based man by the name Edward Dutton has a term coined for it: spiteful mutant.
He mentions a lot the concept of mutational load. Mutational load is essentially how much the maladaptive parts of your genetics hinders your development.
People with higher mutational load tend to have a higher probability of facial asymmetry/ugliness and mental illness because their bodies cannot develop properly due to the genetic issues taking up resources during growth.
Those with lower mutational load are able to develop with higher IQs and symmetrical faces, because their development isn't being hindered by their genetics in the same way the mutant is. He's found that this seems to have a correlation with Conservative/Traditionalist-minded people, though I forget if the correlation is a strong one.
As a result, these maladaptive people tend to latch onto maladaptive ideologies as a way to "stick it" to society.
