Can someone explain the Obama reproachment with Iran's impact on Isreal?

I realize that Iran basically funneled all the Obama money to ISIS, and by defunding Iran we killed ISIS, but overall wouldn't an understanding with Iran be a way bigger problem for Saudi Arabia and Isreal than it is for the US?

Doesn't Iran having more power give Isreal something besides manipulating the US to focus on?
