Hypothetically if /when the courts do confirm the fraud in a court of law , it would make sense to strip Biden / Harris of the office and install Trump.

However, what if there are only 6 months before the 2020 term is over when this happened would that bar Trump from running in 2024 because technically he was already elected twice.

Could be a long shot fall back plan but who knows.
