Much of this stuff in that rag of a bill has already been ruled unconstitutional.. It will die in committee because they won't be able to find ways around precedent.. If for some reason this does get to the floor and the House passes it all it will do is accelerate the movement in the States toward 2nd amendment amnesty zones.. And since most counties in the USA are Red majority 95% of the country will just ignore their unconstitutional edict..
