It seems to be to find where they are over-extended, or in some position of risk, and then to play the other end of it. I've been thinking of something like a Cloward/Piven type of strategy (I don't know if you're aware of that term), or maybe something like extreme charity among Trump supporters. Helping each other, to the extent that we can, where we are indebted to each other, yet loyal. Debt relief, help with broke stuff (house and car), jobs, etc.
