I guess we'll see how far they push this (no pun), but it is clearly a symbol of domination. People might think we were getting a hold on this "pandemic," as it were, but the communist playbook is going to be to ratchet it up even more. You treat the people like cattle more and more as they show their willingness to be manipulated. When the limit is reached, you simply go back to the former forms of manipulation, and they're still in a strong position.
