I might be reading it wrong but it looks like in order for this run on silver to work like GME Average Joes need to buy both paper silver on the exchange as well as physical silver. Paper silver to drive up the price and physical silver to hold so it can't be dumped thus flooding the market and driving down prices. I've read that when you call for delivery of your paper silver, they can give you cash instead and that might help the big boys stay afloat. Physical silver while tangible is a little harder to move and much harder to get true market value for. Hopefully someone smarter than me can expand or correct.
