To add to my last comment, targeting leadership people and disappearing them is how communism has kept a tight leash on the citizens of both the USSR and currently China. If the elite class can develop the means of quickly disappearing anyone who begins to emerge as a leader then we'll flounder and never accomplish anything past localized riots.
Covertly and quietly start forming tactical defense groups at the neighborhood/city level. Then expand outward and network with fellow Patriots
