Either it contains CP, which means Hunter should be charged, or it doesn’t. Even the DOJ isn’t stupid enough to charge everyone for sharing it if they won’t charge Hunter for producing it in the first place.

I don't think the FBI gives a big F about it. They allegedly had it for MONTHS.
