Soil isn't all that great. After building my house, a lot of red clay got mixed into the top soil. Even grass has a hard time in certain places. My greenhouse is 20' x 16' and I'm in the process of building raised beds to plant in. I'll probably need to buy some soil for them or something.

Get some topsoil brought in if you need. In the mean time look up hay bale gardening on YouTube. This will give you some decent yields until you can build some decent soil up for your beds. Use the compost from the bales to make the soil richer. You can also look up hugelkultur to build up your beds for the long haul. here is one source with pros n cons of these methods. https://www.motherearthnews.com/organic-gardening/unconventional-gardening-methods-pros-and-cons-zm0z17fmzqui

I'm wondering if my aerobic septic system will slowly improve the soil.

Over time yes, but it's only you filling it. get some animals, add their waste to the compost to enrich it with nitrogen. You can also gather loam from your wooded areas to add as well. Sounds like you have a solid plan. Keep working at it. You'll do fine.

Yeah, my food wall is mainly for backup if my other food production plans fail. I just posted it because of all the GME investment talk going on and thought it'd be funny to relate it to investing in food since it's possible food prices could go way up like GME stock.

I just have to finish my other food production plans.

buy worms, ladybugs, praying mantises for the garden. Don't forget that.
