Elderly lady gets admitted to the hospital last night for dizziness and what turns out to be a UTI. Is treated/given fluids - no other symptoms. Lady refuses COVID test from hospital and now they are REFUSING TO RELEASE HER and are not letting her daughter who holds power of attorney inside to visit.
People called law enforcement because the lady is being held against her will. Crowd gathers outside the hospital. The police show up to GUARD THE HOSPITAL and help them hold the old lady hostage. Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, WA

Isn't that kidnapping? Worst thing that should happen to anyone at a hospital in this case is you leave AMA (against medical advice). Where you would just be on the hook for the entire bill, outside of insurance. Not letting someone leave a hospital against their will is illegal as fuck. Even 5150 holds can be sketchy.
It's not kidnapping when the STATE does it, ask anyone that's lost a kid to a social worker.
When someone is being held against their will and you have to negotiate for their release ,that person is being held hostage and who you're negotiating with is a terrorist.

The hospital called the cops and they came in full force with AR's and everything.

Called to hospital a few times. Holy fuck were they cunts. First call I only asked what's with the medical kidnapping and she just goes, "Bye" then hung up. Since I have multiple, ahem, numbers I kept calling but instead being nice, went scorched Earth.
The sheriff's office had their entire non-emergency lines shut down. Never reached a person.
I'm calling the hospital again tomorrow as a 'journalist' seeking a statement.

Help please. If you are a suspect in a crime and law enforcement wants a DNA sample they have to have a warrant. A CCP virus test collects your DNA. We know this because Chyna is building a database of DNA from the CCP virus tests. Why don’t they have to have a warrant to compel collection of DNA during the CCP virus test if you won’t submit voluntarily? Why can’t you demand a lawyer? What the hell is on the admitting forms that allows this? And most importantly did they let her go WITHOUT a test or was she forced to take it?
