The Commies were able to rule the country with of 17% of the vote in an essentially 2-Party system.

The Q's should like this part: besides calling everyone fascists, they legislated their rule by putting incoherent, or harmless looking riders to bills. For example, it will say, somethig like "In the event th city dog catcher cannot fulfill his duties, a city commission will act in his place." Ok, a little weird. Everyone forgets about it, then 3 months later, they pass a bill, "Attacking the city dog catcher on a national holiday will be met with 20 years in prison and whatever job the perpetrators hold will be replaced by the City Commission" OK, weird, but OK. Then the Commies would disappear the dog catcher and blame it on 20 of the opposing parties politicians. The City commiso=ioners, acting in place of the dog catcher appoint 20 communists to replace the opposing party politicians.

Utter confusion and chaos, but in the end, the Commies were able to install full communism with only 17% of the seats in government and the vote.
