There is nothing wrong with statements about "most black, jews, etc." Those statements are often backed up by hard, cold statistics.
When 70% of Jews self-identify as left-wing socialists, the statement "most Jews are marxists" is completely accurate. When 1 out of 3 black men end up in the prison system at some point in their lives, the statement "a plurality of black men are criminals" is completely accurate. And so on.
The fact remains that different groups of people behave differently.
If you declare stats as a justification for such a generalisation then i would think youd need to have the absolute stats compiling all of civilizations existence so far to be able to declare it absolutely. Ok i can concede that most in X year by X race etc commits X% of crime etc. But thats a snapshot of the big picture so treat such temporary, ever changing stats as just that imo
