My 401K and IRAs are set to fairly high risk levels. Wondering if I should change them up to more low risk bonds / cash for a while.

This may depend on your time horizon. If you're still at least 10 years from retirement, the risk of missing the comeback we'll make could be much higher than the risk of taking a Biden beating now.

Just turned 40. So, not too close to retirement. Still about 25 years I guess.
