This is my concern as well. He kept bringing up Voatz as a 'secure' way other than paper. To me this was alarm bells. Jovan Pulitzer can be trusted, I believe... We'll see...

I think so too and People are to hung up on Jovan when he didn't know that polling pads are supposed to have wifi access. He made that big show at hearing. Justin and Dave got ignored even tho I think they should be working this project too.
