10th Amendment -
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The 16th needs ignored because 1 it was never ratified, and 2 it allows the feds to tax citizens directly. The feds use this tax money to force the states to do what they want (see drivers licenses, license plates etc all being the same). The Feds use the 16th to force states to not invoke any of their rights ie the 10th.
By Enforcing the 10th and Ignoring the 16th The states can effectively secede by only just enforcing the constitution. THE MEDIA WILL HAVE NO POSITION TO COMPLAIN OR ATTACK THIS!
The Texas GOP is already saying they will use the 10th amendment as a form of secession!

Having a position to attack or not has never stopped the media. They'll ignore it until they have their talking points and then go on a collective offensive. Standard playbook.
It does matter, we are currently held down and subseceded our election almost solely and simply because the media holds the major impression / opinion.
They are going to hold impeachment over Trump's head for possibly years to keep him from creating a third party and seceding other states. The media, and congress etc CAN NOT justify impeaching Trump for the states choosing to "secede" through enforcing the 10th amendment and ignoring the 16th. They can't even blame him at all.
IT'S THE ONLY WAY! UNLESS TRUMP IS GOING TO BUCK THE MEDIA SYSTEM IN WHICH HE / WE ARE LOSING A STRONGER POSITION BY THE DAY.
