I've always thought the same. Also applies to giving share holders more power in corporate governance processes. If they get more rights and control then they also increase their liability. You want a worker owned business? Fine, but you're liable for the actions of that business relative to your ownership. Logical way to resolve a whole lot of the issues with our private sector and incidentally something that goes hand and hand with a lot of the crypto ethos and technology.
