I mean, by definition a private company can't restrict or violate your 1st ammendment rights

Yea. But make the wrong statements these days and they'll get you for incitement, defamation, domestic terrorism and the like.

They all law enforcement obeys, they make the law.

The issue is they're not allowing political opposition, stole the election, and they censor and prohibit statements claims that it was stolen.
