The troubling aspect of the bank bailout was that some banks didn't need, or even want, a bailout. Hank Paulson called them all in a room and threatened them to ALL take the bailout. Hank, if you didn't know, is a Goldman Sachs establishment douche-canoe.
The Troubled Assed Relief Program (TARP) made a LOT of money for the government, which they promptly wasted/laundered. The crappy banks should have failed and the smart banks should have thrived. Clown World indeed.
