We need a single term (not referring to election term) when referring to biden.

We need to then use and repeat it always when referring to him. This is exactly what President Trump did when referring to people.

Vote on your idea of present more: (1) Installed Biden (2) Dictator Biden (3) Thief in Charge Biden (4) .... Or come up with something better

.. Once we agree we then ALWAYS use that term

Yes, but also is used a lot in china. President is specific to elections, where premier is general.
