Thanks for taking the time to find something. I think it'd be disingenuous to state that the AMA = Biden Admin as it's not a state operated institution. I don't know why no one is actually responding in a constructive way. The meme isn't 100% accurate but the point is valid. There's really nothing that happened on day 2 that I can find. But in Dec the ADA started reversing their stance on HCQ and everyone is now slowly admitting it's possible that HCQ works.
Still waiting for the source on this.
