I did resist months ago and got kicked out and banned from a grocery store by the police for not wearing a mask, despite claiming a medical reason. The people in charge literally don't give a shit about your reasons anymore, they expect you to toe the line, at least here in MD.
This happened at PetSmart here in Arizona. A woman said she has COPD, can't wear a mask, and they told her to put a mask on or leave the store. She complained saying it was ridiculous, and that she does not want to be a prisoner inside her home. They told her that's what curbside pickup is for and told her to leave the store. They did end up calling 911 on her.
We need people who really have medical conditions to do it and sue. If they know you are faking it, they probably arent that worried about kicking you out. If they start getting fined for disability exclusion they might be more scared to assume people are faking.
