Certainly there was plenty of personal loss / damages as a result of the election being stolen from him.

Better yet, maybe all of us who are being hurt by Biden’s policies directly can file a class action suit?

I believe they told us no standing before because there was no victim right? That everyone would have to wait until after "the crime was committed".

I'm with you on this. The puzzling part I can't get over is why Trump and his family laid down their weapons and went silent on the matter? The whole capital thing was big media circus I'm not buying that myself. So what is really going on? I would like to understand this also and would support any effort to bring it to trial or what ever means available...

I think he and the family took a much-deserved break and by now are formulating plans of action for next steps.

I can understand that if the case. Meanwhile though all the peasant in rome are getting burned to the ground in the silence... At some point a leader may need to emerge if the old one chooses not to return. at this time that has to considered a real possibility. The current installed leaders are waisting no time with there plans as any organized opposition is in limbo waiting now being slandered. Like everyone I don't know the solution either and just stating the obvious somewhat in frustrations as well, hoping something turns up.

Also - Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch long ago said President Trump was a crime victim -targeted by the FBI/ CIA/ DOJ and framed for the whole russian collusion bullshit. So he should also file a civil suit against them - and or specific corrupt individuals that committed crimes. And yep - they judiciary is corrupt so it may not go anywhere but worth a try. Hillary's defense has likely been paid for by tax payers. It's all so broken and hopelessly corrupt.

If they wouldn't hear the cases when he was POTUS, why would they hear the cases now?

They were on different grounds. Suggesting this is a case arguing for restitution of personal damages, not necessarily overturning the election. That can come later after this suit goes through discovery, jury decision, etc.

You're assuming they didn't hear the cases based on the argument instead of who was doing the arguing. But we already know that would not be a safe assumption since the courts refused to hear the cases from many other parties too, not just Trump's.

These 'legal redress' types are effing annoying.

How 'bout the nose on your face?

Or are you still denying that, too!

My understanding is that his current trajectory is going to redpill way more Americans than going to court would. Don’t stop your enemy when they are self inflicting damage like they are right now.

Even if he can...good luck finding a court to hear it!

We give up and forget too easily. The Democrat machine would be circling the wagons and preparing suits in every court from sea to sea. They’d be infiltrating institutions, framing people, suiciding people, etc. And we’re just like, “bummer, none of the courts will hear our case.”
