The only places Biden outperformed Trump were in the 5 states that stopped counting votes on election night (Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and North Carolina) and miraculously all pulled for Biden. If you look at any indicator, like the Bellwether counties or the fact Trump got a greater share of minority voters than the GOP ever had (big gains with Hispanics and blacks), I mean its not that hard to see Biden simply cheated.
