Aktually I'm CIA. I think the possession of the video is illegal (don't download) but I heard that streaming for investigative purposes is not. I guess in today's world they would probably arrest the viewers before Clinton.
Side note: The point of horrifying the victims before death is supposedly because young brains release a chemical in the blood that makes aging slower.

I've seen non violent clips and it looks fake. I have also seen the purported face wearing and it is super shaky and blurry. It usually gets freeze framed and then pointed out. It is likely BS.
