It makes perfect sense. You have to understand that any organization controlled by leftists(or even allows them to join) no longer exists to accomplish its ostensible purpose, or even to follow the law. It exists to advance Marxism.
Yeah, but what I mean is that it doesn't make sense they'd base their "investigation" on something facially legal. If they are going to conduct sham investigations against political enemies, you'd think they'd at least make up something that's actually against the law. If its all made up anyway, why would they make up something that's not illegal?
