The scary part is the c c p knows they have an unsustainable population and need a war to reduce their numbers.
Have a conflict with them and introduce highly restrictive rules of engagement and it could end poorly. The greater risk would be from leaks within the government, one thing I would bet the farm on is you can't trust a single Dem with keeping info secure. The same goes for a handful of republicans too.
If anyone can bear that burden, it's the marines. I just hope they allocate enough funding for them to jump on the new technology necessary to outmaneuver all that stands against them.

Please read that bill again. I can't find where it specified ammo other than outlawing 50 cal, nor can I find what the various penalties pertain to. But almost all of them start at 15 years.
"High capacity" is anything over 10. Looks like even if there's no jail time it's $5,000 min fine, and that's probably per mag.
I did and you might read between the lines, they are passing authority to the ATF to designate what rounds and weapons are to be taxed and banned, If your ever worked in government and had to deal with how a law is designed you would know what I mean, they ALWAYS put a catch 22 in laws they want to manipulate, leaving the enforcement up to someone else's discretion
Well I don't see that in the bill. Which guns are designated as "military" are listed and described very clearly. I don't see anything about them being taxed, but the various penalties pertain to paragraph x subsection y which I didn't find here.
Doesn't seem to leave wiggle room for discretionary enforcement, but of course we know there will be discretionary prosecution along political lines.
