The worst thing he could do is waste the opportunity with a dry, boring legal presentation. He needs to hire someone like Alex Jones and his team of excellent documentary makers. No one understands the 2020 election like Jones. He predicted, months before Nov. 3, exactly how it would go down. The Democrats are going for our throats. We need to render them speechless with a relentless barrage of facts, videos, testimony by witnesses and TRUTH.

The Dems will not allow any presentation, they will only allow their "evidence."
There is no value for Trump in playing in their game, he needs to sue them individually for something out of left field, something that can be tried in a court venue they don't control.
Slander might work, defamation of character, whatever he does he should NOT play by their rules.
As for presenting his case that he won, there are 31 legal cases winding though the courts, let's see if any judges have ethics enough to fight against the threats on their lives and families to see it through.
Trump might offer 24/7 protection to the families of judges who do take the cases.
He needs to think outside the box. Impeachment is their box, my advices is to ignore it, take it as an insult and attack them personally.
I like the way you think. It's time to start making up some of our own rules.
