I think our best bet’s actually positioning AOC to think she had better career chances by siding with a populist uprising from all sides. I wouldn’t want to elect her and think she’s full of shit, but if both populist ends came after the establishment, there’s little they could do to stop it. She can be discarded when convenient. Or just give her a high cabinet position or something, maybe even VP on a ticket with a based president.

I don’t like AOC, but she could be a strong ally since she has no principles and is easily manipulated. They made her a monster. Now set her loose on them.

AOC is not a populist on the left. she plays the game of apearing to be one but truth is that shis just am oportunist with out a core operating principle.she iwill be what she has to be to keep the job.

She’s fake and an opportunist but that’s the point. Position things so she thinks she could one up the establishment and she would act on it because she’s a brazen careerist.

I’ve had similar disturbing thoughts lately as well.

I think a combined populist movement is the only way we’re going to keep the true tyranny at bay.

You sound just like the DNC planning the 2016 election.

"This Trump guy, he's unelectable. Let's get him to shift Republican positions and take the sensible Republicans out of the race."
