This is a pretty shitty rational. If I was running a fake new media company Iβd just tell my talking heads to say it is TOO inciteful, hateful, and inflammatory a speech to replay. Tells the sheep what to think while keeping them from actually hearing it for themselves
That's literally actually seriously 100% what they have said. "We can't tell you what he said, it would be too dangerous, just trust that it was dangerous and inciteful!"
While any other time, they use anything they can to prove how evil, destructive and hateful he is. ("grab her by the p*ssy" etc.) It does prove Rush right.
