What hilarious is that this order is purely pointless and virtue signaling. What public transport is allowing people to not wear masks right now? Are there any? I guarantee any buses or subways near me have this rule anyway. So what is the point of this order?

Biden/Harris kept flip-flopping about mask mandate within a month. Such a behaviour itself was an indicator that they were not the kind of people whom Americans could entrust the country to. But the worst thing was the media cover-up. The media said that Biden wouldn't do it, and attacked Trump for making a false claim. Those people who trusted the media and thought that the mask mandate thing was a lie from Trump's team, should now realise that they have been deceived by the media.... I mean, they should, but they probably won't.
