What about at the local level where they also colluded against him? Trump is taking advise from the wrong people. The GOP is using him for votes and Trump is telling his voters to stay with the abusive party so they will be used for votes again and then thrown out until the next election.

You can not reform the Republican party. It has been tried and failed for years. The Tea Party was destroyed by McConnell and the GOP. This is the right moment to start a new party. It will be long before an opportunity like this arises again.
