Does not surprise me in the least. Remember the anthrax scare? Remember tamiflu? Remember Cheney? Shit like this has been going on forever, its a manufactured crisis and the SOBS in power benefit both ways, by passing more and more draconian laws and profiteering off it at the same time.
I wish more people would realize the entire pharmaceutical industry was created to steal your health and sell it back to you, but never once will they ever sell you a cure, no no, theres no repeat business in that.
