With the Feds then? But they (i.e. Fauci) didn't care about any of that. They even encouraged it.

And? Congress didn't "have to" certify the electors. The example just didn't make sense. How does California or Covid tyranny prove the states have "weight" against the Feds when the Feds were encouraging it in the first place?

What did that regulation do? How was big tech's power reduced?

The states don't need legal binding agreements. What they "can" do on paper doesn't mean anything.
